Step 1

Quotation

1-2 weeks

Together with our Platform & Parcel logistics expert you will define the scope of the project. Our expert will help you get to the root of the issues at hand and offer solutions. These solutions are summarized in our quotation, creating the best possible solution for your challenges.

Step 2

Implementation start

1-2 weeks

After the quote has been signed your account manager will start the implementation. Assigning a project team that will help get your solution up and running, this includes the setup of all required tools in the back end and making sure all licenses are in place. A good implementation will help us during the other steps in the setup process.

Step 3

Scope defined

4-6 weeks

Our expert account manager defines the scope together with you, who will do what and when? We will define the project and setup deadlines. After the scope is defined our Shipcloud team starts building your solution.

Step 4

Test phase

1-2 weeks

Your solution is ready! So the testing phase begins. During this testing phase we will test all systems and connections. At the end of the testing phase we ship a “Golden shipment” from your system, this shipment is the proof of concept that everything is working as it should.

Step 5

Go Live

Your solution can go live! Our experts help you to get your solution live, your customers will never want anything else.

Step 6

Handover support

Our expert account manager hands over your solution and contact to our Customer Success Team, our CS-team will be your direct point of contact for any questions, issues and they will help you with upgrades or additional services.

Step 7

Business review meetings

Together with you we define a timeframe for business review meetings, our CS team proactively monitors the performance of your solution, responds to issues and makes sure everything works as it should. Business review meetings are a way for us to stay aligned with your business.
