For our Venlo (the Netherlands) location, we are looking for an Administration officer. In this role, you will be part of our Administration Team. You will have the opportunity to work with us in a national and international company and, in terms of administration, you will act as a link between carriers, customers and various departments.

• Entering, checking and monitoring purchase and sales prices in the, by us, specially developed tool
• Processing invoices in the specially developed tool
• Contributing to the optimization of these tools
• Preparing billing reports for customers
• Translating data into weekly and monthly overviews for management
• Working proactively to improve these reports
• Monitoring data quality. Among other things, by checking data and reports; initiating improvement processes where necessary
• Participating in ICT and improvement projects
• Answering questions from customers and colleagues regarding invoicing

• MBO +/ HBO working and intellectual level
• Work experience in the administrative field/training in (Business) administration
• Excellent oral and written knowledge of the English and German languages at business level
• Excellent command of the MS Office package and affinity with working with software systems.
• You work accurately, solution-oriented, customer-oriented, are a team player, communicative capable, analytical, flexible, proactive, eager to learn, stress-resistant and cost-conscious
